Karwal Aesthetics is a multi award-winning, doctor-led medical aesthetics clinic located in the heart of Mayfair, London. Founded by Clinical Director Dr Arun Karwal, the clinic is built on a single principle: that great aesthetics should enhance your features, not change them. Every treatment is approached with medical precision, an artistic eye, and a genuine commitment to results that look like you — only more rested, more balanced, and more confident.
About Dr Karwal
Dr Karwal graduated from the Medical University of Lublin in 2017 and went on to train through the Imperial College Deanery before spending several years in NHS emergency medicine. That foundation — high-pressure, high-stakes clinical decision-making — informs everything he does in the treatment room. He transitioned into aesthetic medicine full time in 2023, bringing with him seven years of practice and three years as an Elite Trainer with Derma Medical, where he trained hundreds of practitioners across the UK. Since September 2025, his focus has been entirely on Karwal Aesthetics and the patients who trust him with their care.
His specialisms include tear trough rejuvenation, non-surgical rhinoplasty, and full facial balancing, alongside advanced treatments including ultrasound-guided filler dissolving, Endolift laser tightening, and a comprehensive range of anti-wrinkle and skin quality treatments. He is known for the subtlety of his work — favouring strategic placement and proportion over volume, and always prioritising what will genuinely benefit the patient over what is simply requested.
As Dr Karwal puts it: "1 ml in the wrong place can look overfilled; 10 ml in the right places can restore a natural, youthful appearance — like a decade ago."

Why a doctor-led clinic matters
Aesthetic treatments are medical procedures, and we believe they should be treated as such. At Karwal Aesthetics, every treatment is planned and performed by a doctor, using prescription-grade, UK-licensed products sourced directly from licensed suppliers and manufacturers.
Dr Karwal's background in emergency medicine shapes how the clinic runs. Safety protocols are built into every appointment, from thorough medical assessment before treatment to clear aftercare and direct access to the clinic if you have any concerns afterwards. In the rare event of a complication, you are in the hands of a doctor trained to recognise and manage it immediately.
What to expect
Every patient journey begins with a consultation. This is an honest conversation about what you would like to change, what is realistically achievable and whether treatment is right for you at all. If Dr Karwal does not believe a treatment will genuinely benefit you, he will tell you so and will not perform it.
There is no pressure to book and no obligation to proceed. When you do go ahead, you will receive clear pricing, detailed aftercare guidance and direct follow-up support. Our aim is that you leave looking like yourself, only refreshed.
One doctor, from start to finish
Karwal Aesthetics is deliberately a single-practitioner clinic. The doctor who assesses you at your consultation is the same doctor who performs your treatment and sees you at your follow-up. There is no handover to a junior injector and no variation in standards between visits.
This continuity means your treatment plan evolves with you. Dr Karwal knows your face, your history and your goals, and every decision is made with the full picture in front of him.
