Dr Karwal graduated from the Medical University of Lublin in 2017 and went on to train through the Imperial College Deanery before spending several years in NHS emergency medicine. That foundation — high-pressure, high-stakes clinical decision-making — informs everything he does in the treatment room. He transitioned into aesthetic medicine full time in 2023, bringing with him seven years of practice and three years as an Elite Trainer with Derma Medical, where he trained hundreds of practitioners across the UK. Since September 2025, his focus has been entirely on Karwal Aesthetics and the patients who trust him with their care.

His specialisms include tear trough rejuvenation, non-surgical rhinoplasty, and full facial balancing, alongside advanced treatments including ultrasound-guided filler dissolving, Endolift laser tightening, and a comprehensive range of anti-wrinkle and skin quality treatments. He is known for the subtlety of his work — favouring strategic placement and proportion over volume, and always prioritising what will genuinely benefit the patient over what is simply requested.
