On the day of treatment, the area is carefully cleansed and a topical numbing cream is applied for around 20 to 30 minutes to keep you comfortable. Dr Karwal then administers a series of precise micro-injections of the Sunekos formula into the dermal layer, tailored to the area being treated, whether that is around the eyes, the neck, the hands or elsewhere.

The session itself typically takes 30 to 45 minutes. Afterwards, you will receive clear aftercare guidance. Most patients return to their normal day immediately, simply avoiding strenuous exercise, alcohol, direct sunlight and makeup on the treated area for 24 hours. Mild redness, small bumps at the injection sites or occasional bruising can occur and usually settle within 24 to 48 hours.
