Endolift®: The Next Generation in Non-Surgical Facial Rejuvenation

What is Endolift?

Endolift® is a cutting-edge, minimally invasive laser treatment designed to tighten, sculpt, and rejuvenate the lower face, under chin, neck, and other delicate areas—without the need for surgery, stitches, or scars. Using a micro-fibre laser, Endolift stimulates collagen, contracts tissue, and targets stubborn fat, delivering natural-looking lift and definition with minimal downtime.

Treatment Areas

Endolift is highly versatile and can be performed on:

  • Lower face (jowls and jawline)

  • Under chin (double chin)

  • Neck and décolletage

  • Malar bags (under-eye puffiness)

How Does Endolift Work?

The procedure uses an ultra-fine laser fibre—thinner than a human hair—inserted beneath the skin. This fibre delivers controlled laser energy directly to the targeted tissues, achieving several effects:

  • Collagen Stimulation: Boosts your body’s natural collagen and elastin production for firmer, more youthful skin.

  • Tissue Contraction: Tightens and remodels collagen fibres, creating a lifted appearance.

  • Fat Reduction: Selectively melts small pockets of fat, particularly under the chin and along the jawline.

Who is Endolift For?

Endolift is ideal for men and women (typically aged 30–65) who are experiencing:

  • Sagging or laxity in the lower face, jawline, or under the chin

  • Loss of facial definition or early jowling

  • Mild to moderate skin laxity and localised fat that doesn’t respond to skincare or lifestyle changes

  • A desire for natural-looking results without fillers or invasive surgery

A full consultation is essential to determine suitability and create a tailored treatment plan.

The Endolift Procedure: What to Expect

Pre-Treatment Preparation

To ensure your safety and optimal results, you’ll be asked to:

  • Arrive makeup-free and remove earrings

  • Avoid facial laser treatments for 4 weeks prior

  • Stop using retinol or peel-based creams 1 week before

  • Review your consultation and aftercare, and complete all necessary consent forms

Treatment Process

  1. Numbing: Local anaesthetic is applied to the treatment area (20–30 minutes for full numbing).

  2. Laser Delivery: The Endolift fibre is gently inserted beneath the skin, delivering laser energy to targeted areas. The treatment typically lasts 45–90 minutes, depending on the area(s).

  3. Comfort: Most patients report only minimal discomfort during the numbing process, and the procedure itself is well-tolerated.

  4. Documentation: Photos and videos are taken for progress tracking and safety.

Immediate Aftercare

  • Expect tightness and swelling in the treated area immediately after the procedure.

  • Swelling is normal and can last up to 2 weeks.

  • Mild bruising may also occur.

  • Sleep with your head elevated and use cold compresses as needed.

  • Avoid touching or rubbing the area, and refrain from strenuous activity, alcohol, smoking, and extreme temperatures for at least 2 weeks.

  • Wear a compression strap if advised, and gently massage the area as instructed.

Recovery & Results

  • Days 1–3: Mild swelling and bruising

  • Days 4–7: Swelling decreases, bruising fades

  • Days 8–14: Most visible signs have resolved

  • Day 15+: Early results begin to show

  • Months 3–6: Full results are visible, as collagen continues to rebuild and skin tightens further

Most patients can return to daily activities immediately, but should avoid exercise and direct sun for the first week.

Long-Term Care & Maintenance

  • Continue to protect your skin with SPF 30+ and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

  • Follow all scheduled follow-up appointments (typically at 3 and 6 months).

  • Maintenance treatments can be discussed based on your individual response and goals.

Safety & Risks

Endolift is a very safe procedure when performed by an experienced practitioner. All risks and aftercare are thoroughly explained in your consultation and consent forms. Rare complications may include temporary nerve bruising, which can cause mild lip asymmetry (usually resolves within 8–10 weeks). If you experience severe pain, unusual swelling, or signs of infection, contact the clinic immediately.

Combining Endolift with Other Treatments

For enhanced results, Endolift can be safely combined with other advanced rejuvenation treatments such as CO2 laser, dermal fillers, and injectable skin boosters like Profhilo and Sunekos. Your practitioner will recommend the optimal combination for your needs.
