ENDOLIFT®
What is Endolift?
Endolift is a minimally invasive laser treatment that uses a small optical fiber to target and tighten sagging skin and reduce fat deposits. This innovative procedure employs laser technology delivered through micro-optical fibers thinner than a hair (200-600 microns).
Treatment Areas
Endolift can be effectively used on multiple areas:
Lower face (jowls / jawline)
Under chin (double chin)
Neck + Décolletage
Malar bags
How Does Endolift Work?
The treatment works by delivering controlled laser energy to specific layers of the skin and subcutaneous tissue. This energy:
Stimulates collagen and elastin production
Contracts existing collagen fibers
Selectively reduces localised fat deposits
Remodels and tightens the skin from within
Expected Results
Results from Endolift typically manifest in three phases:
Immediate Results: Initial skin tightening and contraction can be visible immediately after treatment
Short-term Results: Improvement in skin texture and reduction in fat deposits becomes noticeable within 15-30 days
Long-term Results: Maximum results appear between 3-6 months post-treatment as collagen remodelling continues

The main cosmetic effects of Endolift are skin tightening and optional fat reduction. This combination creates a slimmer, more defined, and lifted facial appearance. Results develop gradually—initial improvements appear within 8–12 weeks, with full results visible at approximately 6 months.
As with all medical treatments, the degree of cosmetic improvement varies between individuals and will be discussed with you in detail.

The treatment is performed under local anaesthesia, which is administered via a cannula (a thin, blunt-tipped tube) just beneath the skin. This step can cause an uncomfortable stinging sensation lasting 15–30 seconds, but it is quickly followed by numbness in the treated area. The numbing process takes about 5–10 minutes to cover all treatment areas. Once numb, the subsequent Endolift laser treatment is generally well-tolerated, with most patients experiencing none to minimal discomfort. The anaesthetic typically wears off after 1–2 hours.
-
On the day of treatment, avoid makeup if possible and remove earrings. Avoid other facial laser treatments for at least 4 weeks prior. Avoid peel-based creams (e.g., retinol) for 1 week prior.

Endolift is a very safe procedure with a low risk profile. A detailed list of possible risks, side effects, and complications is available in your consent form. A rare but important complication is nerve bruising, specifically to the "marginal mandibular nerve" located in the lower face on either side of the lip angles. In a very small number of cases, this nerve can become irritated from laser heat, causing temporary lip asymmetry on the affected side. Some patients may be given a short course of oral steroid and vitamin B tablets to help speed up recovery. This is a temporary complication that usually reverses between 8–10 weeks. To minimise this risk, treatment close to the mouth angles is avoided.
